Our farmed sea bass comes from reliable sources in France, Turkey, and Greece. They are available either in packages or individually, in packaging ranging from 1 to 10 kg, to offer you flexibility tailored to your preferences and needs.

For fresh sea bass, the “Use by” date is relatively short, usually ranging from a few days to a week, thus preserving the freshness and quality of the fish. However, for extended shelf life and increased convenience, our farmed sea bass is also available frozen, offering a longer “Use by” date, lasting for several months, while ensuring impeccable flavor and texture once thawed.

Farmed sea bass is available year-round, thanks to modern aquaculture practices that ensure consistent and sustainable production. This allows consumers to enjoy this delicate and flavorful fish regardless of the season. However, wild sea bass, mainly caught in the Mediterranean and Atlantic, is most abundant from June to September, offering a seasonal alternative for gourmets.
