Porcini Mushrooms

Description: Porcini mushrooms, also known as boletes, belong to the fungal mushroom family and are distinguished by their majestic appearance and incomparable flavor. These meaty mushrooms can reach an impressive size, featuring a domed, brownish cap speckled with tiny pores underneath. Their firm, white flesh emits an intense, complex woody aroma reminiscent of damp forests and autumn leaves.

True culinary treasures, porcini mushrooms are cherished by gourmets for their rich, savory taste, which pairs wonderfully with a variety of dishes. Whether fresh, dried, or frozen, they bring an unmatched delicacy and depth to any meal.

Our porcini mushrooms come from France, Serbia, and China. They are available dried (whole or powdered), frozen in 1 kg packs, or fresh in trays from 125 g to 500 g.

Our porcini mushrooms are available in dried and frozen versions for long-term storage, and in fresh versions for short-term storage.

Porcini mushrooms are generally harvested in the fall when conditions are optimal.
