  • Fresh Salmon: Enjoy the authentic flavor of fresh salmon within 2 to 3 days of purchase. Store it in the refrigerator between 0°C and 4°C, ideally in the coldest compartment. For optimal storage, wrap it carefully in food paper or place it in an airtight container.
  • Frozen Salmon: Enjoy the convenience of frozen salmon with a long “Use by” date. Store it at -18°C in your freezer. Thaw the salmon in the refrigerator or by immersing it in cold water, as needed.
